Trina Kleinberg brings over 20 years of industry experience in the financial technology field. She has expertly managed new application build projects using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies, adapting standard Software Development Lifecycle templates to meet evolving project and program needs. Her extensive background includes roles as a Scrum Master and Product Owner, driving release schedules, leading end-user training, and coordinating external user acceptance testing efforts, making her a valuable asset to any project team.

As Managing Director and one of the founders of Pike Avenue Consulting, Mrs. Kleinberg excels in building trusted relationships, problem-solving, effective communication, and fostering collaboration. Her deep expertise encompasses business analysis, QA and QC process definition, management and leadership, and presentation skills. In the financial messaging space, she provides extensive insight into designing supportable, sustainable, and scalable platforms. With hands-on experience in SWIFT connectivity and messaging, Trina serves as the voice of business for creating intuitive, web-based applications for message monitoring, repair, and enrichment. She also has practical experience in meeting compliance and regulatory requirements, including OFAC screening and data retention.
